RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If an order is returned to us (RTO) for any reason, the amount will be issued as store credit within

3-4 working days after the parcel is received back. A flat ₹99 RTO fee will be deducted.

Refunds to the original payment method are not applicable. The returned parcel will not be re-shipped. If you wish to receive the same product again, you may place a new order using the store credit.
