We accept returns or exchanges only in case of damage or defect, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a claim, please share a clear unboxing video (360° view, without any cuts or pauses) of the sealed parcel on our registered email before opening the product inside.
Once verified, our team will assist you with the next steps for replacement or resolution.
Sale Items - No Return Policy
Any product purchased during a Sale or at a Discounted Price is NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Sale items are limited, single-piece products offered at special discounted rates.
Due to the nature of sale inventory, returns or exchanges are strictly not accepted on sale items under any circumstances.
Return Shipping Charges
A return shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable only if a return/exchange is approved due to damage or defect.
This charge applies to all eligible approved cases.
Damaged or Repairable Products
If the product has minor damage or transit-related issues, it will be reviewed and resolved as per the claim process.
However, the return shipping fee of ₹99 may still be applicable where required.
